Not only did Season 8 of Grey's Anatomy end on a high note with a major promotion for Dr. April Kepner , the actress who plays April, Sarah Drew , has a bun in the oven! Us Weekly just reported that Sarah is expecting her first child with husband Peter Lanfer. Seeing as how April’s virginity was a big deal on the show last season, we can’t help but wonder if the powers that be will write this big bump into the show. One can hope! Congrats, Sarah.
